Dinner last night. Breaded Talapia, oven red potatoes and mixed vegetables. I also cooked breakfast for myself this morning. Two eggs over easy, two sausage patties and an English muffin. I just finished cooking two hamburgers for myself for dinner tonight.
On average I cook dinner three to four times a week and breakfast every day. I also taught both of my sons to cook as well. We are determined not to be found dead of starvation, surrounded by loads of dirty laundry if our spouses pre-decease us. LOL!

Tonight! I had a hectic day, so I popped a big hen into the oven and just forgot about it until the little probe popped out to let me know it was done. Reheated leftover broccoli and nuked some store-bought foccacia bread. Delish! Healthy! Easy!

I will also answer for my husband. He grilled up a very nice steak tonight along with potatoes and a veggie. He is the one who does most of the cooking in our home. He's much better at it than I am!

Thanksgiving 2006. Turkey and the fixings. It was the first time I'd cooked in years and it's also been the last.....for some reason or another.

It has been so long my husband could not even answer this question with an actual date. But he does pick up the check and leave a generous tip so that is alright with me.

I'll answer for my husband. He grilled out hamburgers and bacon for us this past week. It really helps me out and doesn't mess up the kitchen. ---Luvs
