on pros and cons of students having cell phones at school so can someone get me started remember it has to be informative thank you

Why not ask some school friends for some pros. ask some teachers for cons (I reckon they'll have some.)

Then build your speech around those ideas.
Phones are a good idea because:

some might say it's bad to have phones because

but, in response to those issues I would say

therefore, phones in school are a good thing.

Leave off the word ok and you'll be okay for starters.

Cell phones in school are huge distractions, yet they serve well in emergencies. So long as they are not used for chatting mindlessly, cell phones could be considered advantageous to have while in the classroom--for important telephoning a parent or a policeman.
