ANYTHING by Chuck Palahniuk is worth reading. My favorite story is by him and it is title Invisible Monsters. The book takes a look at the superficial outlook in our society from the view of a once-beautiful model. It is truly a wonderful book. A close second is Elsewhere about Gabrille Zevin. Elsewhere is about a teenage girl who is hit by a taxi, and proceeds to Elsewhere, or where you go when you die. It is a place much like the regular world, except there you age backwards and when you are only a few days old, you are send back to the world to be reborn to another family. The lessons learned are amazing and really inspiring. Presently im reading Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk. I've only read through a few chapters, because I only began it yesterday. It seems to be another amazing work of art for chuck. I have yet to find the main theme, so I cant write much. I hope this helps you out, and have a wonderful holiday!

Just finished The Memory Keeper's Daughter. If I were really patient and liked slower books, it would have been a nice read. But...unfortunately...I'm not too fond of those.
I recommend Lucas, by Kevin Brooks though. ^-^
Or, really, if you like books about teens that are very realistic, go to thisispush.com. All of those books are pretty great.

Right now i am reading The Domino Conspiracy. My fave book has to be Joeseph Heller's, Catch-22. The explaining of catch-22 has to be the most intelligent and funniest read i had the pleasure to peruse.

"Nobodies"by John Bowe, it's kind of adult but if you're interested; it talks about the clandestine, but still prevolent, problem of modern-day slavery in the U.S.
