I was once a a million-two and I received 50 a few lbs! I misplaced 30 lbs inside the primary week of being house and also have 22-24 to move, there is not any manner I will ever be a a million-two once more, possibly a five-6, simply considering that my frame form has converted...I'm pleased with that although, I'm going to be 28 this 12 months, and despite the fact that I do lose just about all the weight, I'm fairly no longer seeking to galvanize anybody, simply seeking to be healthful and make myself completely satisfied. I'm happy I'm getting a well sum of money in tax refunds again this 12 months, I return to paintings in every week and a couple of days, and I will need to have a complete new cloth wardrobe and would possibly not be adding any maternity shirts!

first, you shouldn't work them every day. as with any weight lifting or workout program, you need a day off in between to rest the muscles.

yes, your clothes will fit better. YOur abs and back muscles work together like a little corset wrapped around your waist. the tighter and firmer they both are, the "thinner" you will appear. however, keep in mind that if you do have some fat over the abs, that won't change. you can have rock hard 6 pack abs but if you have 2 inches of fat over them it doesn't matter.

you are more likely to lose inches than gain them by working on your abs.
