That's a good question.
I'm not a conspiracy theorist at all. But from what I've read and heard, most experts (and by experts I'm not talking about politicians, I'm talking about actual snipers) do not believe that Oswald could have worked alone.
You should read "Kill Zone: A Sniper Looks at Dealey Plaza" by Craig Robers. Its a great book and is very informative. He convinced me that ther was probably an accomplice.

Yes, too many coincidences to make it appear that only Oswald did it all. After all, the E. Howard Hunt deathbed confession tapes are out, the CIA was directly involved. That and the "official magic bullet" theory makes no sense. Of course those who actually did shoot him are long gone, Oswald was just the patsy.

The answer is so obvious that it is laughable people are still arguing over it. Oswald was shot to shut him up; wake up our own government did it. The warren commission investigation was to appease the public and never came to a conclusion, once again Texas is involved.

There was only one. It's been exhaustively researched but most conspiracy theorists don't read the proof, they just keep going like the energizer bunny.
Or they read trash research, speculation from people who know nothing about the autopsy. In other words, they are not scientists, they are profiteers.
Or they persist in totally fallacious rumors, like JFK's brain is missing and other such balderdash.
The reason the conspiracy theory exists is because it is in human nature to disbelieve that a nobody, a small man, can destroy so much.
But in fact in the modern world this is possible.
Talking to conspiracy lovers is fruitless. They are ignorant and wish to remain so, in the face of massive, overwhelming evidence, to which they only offer rumor, lies, wild speculation and really really BAD science.

Oswald was there and he did shoot at Kennedy but I feel there was a real professional assassin that delivered the killing shot.

Probably, but since many of the important records have disappeared, including JFK's brain, we'll never know for sure.

I was a close friend to a CIA assassin that confided in me that he was assigned to the job but other operatives had killed Kennedy before he got to the location my friend was assigned to
The guy had taken out several international targets. Including US Ambassadors, to falsely place blame on foreign governments.

Why do you think some of the records are still sealed, and will be till 2035. That will insure that anyone involved will be dead when they are completely unsealed.
