Thanks for the answers. Keep in mind that this isn't a slam on America(ns). I respect the patriotism which Americans show for their flag but it is irrelevant to the question. What I was getting at was do you find yourself sitting at home watching the news sitting up proud and saying "...Yes, that's a decision I agree with" or "...do you find yourself shaking your head in disbelief and changing the channel.
These are thing which spring to my mind when I hear his name.
Warrantless Wiretaps
9/11
Cheney
Blackwater
Abu Gharabi
Scooter Libby
Alberto Gonzales
Afganistan, Iran, Iraq
Liberation of the Iraqi people
Encampment of the Iraqi people
Melanie Plame
Vetoing of legislation to halt funding and troops to Iraq
That's just off the top of my head.

No. How could America be embarassed? They elected him not once but twice. He does represent the face of America no getting around it and he has overwhelming support in the country or he would not have been reelected. Right?

Absolutely not. History will show Bush as a very good president. The war will be looked at as a necessary evil and benefits will be noticiable. I was more embarassed when my President (Clinton) faced the world and admitted he was a liar. Any lies Bush has been accused of...are just that, accusations. Sudam even admitted that he was sending out false intelligence that he had nuclear power. So no lies. He was misled like the rest of us. But at least I am intellectually honest enough to see it. I just don't get how people can call Bush a liar but believe Clinton is not. Those people cannot be truthful even when truthful facts are slapping them in the face.

Spine? Spine enough to think he could remove troops from Afghanistan right when we were about to capture Osama (Battle of Tora Bora)? He starts a war and then before it's finished starts another one! What an idiot!

Needs a little less spine and a little more of what's at the top of it...

Some do, some don't. Don't you all get tired of asking the same questions over and over?
next time you get an urge, look at one of the 9000 prior times this question was asked to get your jollies and...like the group says...MOVE ON!

Many do, but they will be waterboarded after we pull the Musharraf on them and advance into Iran. Blackwater will be stationed at all polling places. Criticizing the Bush administration will finally be a crime.

Hmmm.. A President with a spine that stands up to evil instead of cowering to it like most little liberal leaders. Of course, considering the source of the question here... I assume you are not American and you live in some country that enjoys peace thanks to our relationship with and our protection of your country. It is apparent you side with those dictators who are in your mind.... angels?

C K is definately an example of her own statement.
