I doubt that it will be on ESPN. I do not remember them ever televising a champion's league draw.
My best suggestion would be to get the streaming video on UEFA.com.

Probably not the whole thing, just a few live crossovers between the reporters and their respective studios or channels.
ESPN did the same thing for last year's draw...not too sure about this year though...

Not on ESPN or ESPN2, but it will be live on Setanta Sports at 6:00 am ET on Friday, December 21st, 2007.
Might also be on Sky Sports, but could not find it on their schedule.

yes they do. espn or sometimes FSN.just check ur local listing
