I don't think she's ugly, but I was a little mad.
I can understand why he did it though; Meredith is seriously taking FOREVER with this whole thing. She just needs to be with him and STAY with him.
I doubt McDreamy and Rose (is that her name? i forget) will stay together for long.

It's because of the writers' strike, there was a delay in producing new episodes. The next episode will air on April 24 and there will be four more after that. The next season is currently slated to begin in 2009.
