I'm a huge fan of Twister. I also liked The Day After Tomorrow.
Edit: Someone below me said "The Perfect Storm" - I can't believe I forgot that one!! It's a great movie, I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it. It's also based on a true story, so the movie really has an emotional effect on you.

The only movies I remember are Twister, The Day After Tomorrow, Volcano, and 10.5. (The last one is pronounced ten point five). Sorry can't be more help. Oh also, if you care to watch it, The Core..
