Why do you think they are dropping all the runescape prices?? its making the game kinda suck.

too many updates. i still remember a couple years ago when whip was 10 mil. it dropped to 2mil in the last year, and now its like worthless cuz of the god swords.....stupid exchange...>:[

Jagex isn't droping the prices, the players are. Its the law of supply & demand. With the addition of the exchange the ability to find a supply has greatly increased thus decreasing the prices as people try to undersell each other. Eventually the supply will start to dry up then the prices will stabelize & start increasing again.

I think the previous answers would answer your original question but as an add-on, their new updates were acutely focused on real-world trading, thus doing damage to Jagex's reputation, in the past week more than 1376 proposed and existing memberships were cancelled. It is expected to be in the 10,000 for free players quitting. Jagex needs to do some damage control, or may face a new threat - Their company going bankrupt, which is unlikely to happen.

Grand Exchange is ruining runescape.
They messed up all the prices, so now the economy is down the toilet. Try tibia, rappelz, flyff, last chaos, etc. for new games =)

Yea I know i was'nt on for like 1 week and whip dropped 300k!!! Now the real world trade and drop trade, the real world trade makes no sense i can no longer merchant!!!!!
Prices are going down cause of the gold excahnge thing!!!

if your talking about the grand exchange, its because everyone is selling for the min price which over time lowers the prices.

i'm guessing by using new EOC updates? i've got seen distinctive detrimental comments in this new try against. individually i understand no longer something of it, when you consider that i've got stopped enjoying Runescape when you consider that 2008
