You haven't said where the shipment is coming from ... or how it was shipped.

If the shipment was from the US to Canada, using United States Postal Service (USPS) or one of the courier companies like UPS or FedEx or DHL ... there's a tracking number. With ONE exception - something mailed through USPS using Priority Mail International AND the package was shipped Flat Rate Envelope.

Unless you bought a document of some sort, I can't see it being shipped Flat Rate Envelope.

Find out how it was shipped, and from where. The links below are the main pages for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL respectively.

I'm going to assume you mean that you have the CANADA customs label number. Once you've ascertained where it entered the country (or at least which port-of-entry it was coming through) ... contact Canada Customs at that location with the customs label number. If the number is for another customs service (like USCIS, for outbound packages) ... you need to check with that country's border point, if the tracking information leads you to a specific crossing.

There is not much you can do but wait. With the strong Canadian Dollar, Canadian Internet orders have left customs overwhelmed and back logged. You can't really blame the eBay seller. Blame Canada Customs and just hope it comes soon. This happened last year too, but is WORSE this year.

Good luck to you!
