Quick for everyday matters but in the case of important issues eg buying big item ($) , relationships, jobs, i take my time to find out more. I am careful also not to just jump to conclusions.

Some conclusions are based on hunches and instinct so they are instantaneous. But it really depends on the risk and severity of the conclusion you are drawing.

depends on how I understand the subject and the problem. So if i know that. conclusion won't be problem for me but if I'm having problem with that then I just just do what ever to finish the statement and the subject and if i don't focus I just get it inaccurate. lol.
