As far as I know, the wheel offsets for 5 and 7 series cars are different, and their wheels won't fit the 3 series.

Wheel offset of the 745 is wrong for the 325i. Wheel spacers are not allowed for use on BMWs. You must have at least 1 cm of tire sidewall clearance to the shock absorber and the fender lip. This needs to be checked at both the front and rear of the car while driving around listening and looking for any tire contact.

Yes, the bolt pattern will match up but you will need spacers to make the offset fit correctly. The spacers will make the wheels pop out just enough so that they rim doesnt hit the struts/shocks but not far enough to make the wheels rub the fenders.
