get as many practice tests as you can afford and simulate the exam, including timing, everyday until the test. If you find there are some topics you arent all that quick on find a good source to help brush up on those skills. practice tests are a very good way to study for a test like that. good luck!

I took the GMAT, if I had taken the math portion when I was 16 instead of 24, I would have done better. But its pretty basic stuff on both sides, there is a writing portion too, not sure if GRE has that. I would recommend not taking either until you know for sure what your plan is for your course of studies, different universities and programs at the same universities sometimes require a specific one. My program it had to be the GMAT, the GRE would not work to be accepted.

Go to the library and get the GRE study guides if you already haven't. Going in cold turkey without any study is not wise. Good luck!

Read a dictionary to brush up on your vocab as this will be tested. Also, brush up on your math skills. Review, review, review. If you don't use it, you lose it.
