I'm going to tell you a story. Once upon a time, there was an kind old fart called Uncle Sam. Uncle protected us from those who would do us harm and charged us a hefty fee for the privlege. We complained about the cost, but we were gratified that the bad people never got to our shores. At some point during the 1930's we thought it was high time that Uncle Sam expanded his list of services. We were in the middle of the Great Depression and we needed stuff like food, shelter, and jobs so Uncle started programs like the CCC, the WPA, the Social Security Administration, and others. Once again Uncle Sam saved our collective behinds.
We entered the sixties and Medicare was added to the long list of things we insisted that the kindly uncle provide. We had come to expect that we wouldn't have to have a single idea or make a single choice. We had Uncle Sam to do that for us. When we abrogated the responsibility to Uncle Sam, he morphed into a Mom and Dad. Now Mom and Pop have their nose so far up our collective beninds that whenever we sneeze, faint strains of the Star Spangled Banner are heard. We are about a generation into expecting to feed at the public trough and we have allowed ourselves to be cowed by the perks of being American and finally we are realizing what we gave away. Most of us are just too medicated to do anything about it. Hell, we can't get everybody to recycle. Nobody gets anything for free. We sold our souls for this!

Because they're stuck in the delusions of utopia, and can't look outside themselves and realize the duality of everything: A's view, and the amount of B's view A will ever understand.

Some people are so convinced there's something deep about relationships or events, it's actually counterproductive to achieving the apex of goodness and righteousness.

A human's best friend surely isn't another human.

Don't think they want it for free.
There's no free lunch out there.
What they wanted is our creator's universal gifts of life vital for the survival and advancement of living human kind.
To solve their misery
So that they can stand on their own two feets.
In achieving what they want out of life.
Without our creator's universal gifts of life.
How do we expect them to survive in the real world?

What do you think?
