From my point of view I would have to say Blonde hair. That is just my preference. I find it really attractive. Blonde hair tends to reflect light whereas brunette's hair absorbs it. Although I have noticed that out here in Hollywood a lot of my blonde friends are dying their hair brown because it seems to be the latest trend.

Either or. some people look good blonde/brunette better than others.
I'm just used to being blonde because that's my natural color. I dye mine now because it started changing darker at the age of 17 andI felt it didn't match me too well....
