Judges are not supposed to rule, they can interpret the rules, and the politicians are suppose
to legislate the rules and pass them and send them to the President for his signature or veto!

You're kidding right? Politicians created the legal system as well as loopholes to operate around the laws. It is the activist judges we should be keeping an eye on. They use their standing as a bully pulpit to further personal agendas instead of upholding the constitution.

That could not possibly be better. I do think however there should be some sort of judicial tribunal set up to regulate judges. like a system of checks and balances in place. I do not believe they should be able so sentence or judge indiscriminantly.

God, if that were the case we would have had censorship of the internet back in 1997 when they passed the Internet Protection Act.

Thank God is was struck down.

On second thought I think all sites that disseminate false information should be shut down. That deletes FOX NEWS!

becuase not all politicians have law backgrounds.

Many of them have legal assistants that help them when they introduce bills to become law.

Plus you have the checks and balances and if you have the same people who are writting the law determining the outcome and interpetation of its constitutionality then you lose the checks and balance of that area

cuz that aint how it works dude. your logic's screwed up. if certain judges are corrupt, you replace them with another JUDGE. not a politician, who is not always qualified.
