No, you'll probably have to pay a fine for driving without glasses. If you have a valid reason not to have worn your glasses on the day you were caught, then you have a justifiable excuse. Otherwise, you should be wearing your glasses or other correctable devices such as contact lenses.
If the other "infraction" can be tied to the fact that your vision is impaired, you'll most definitely get punished.

good luck

If you weren't able to see well enough to pass the vision test at the DMV why do you think its safe for you to be driving without your glasses? If you don't care about your own safety, thats one thing, but what about the other people your putting in danger because you can't see well enough? By the way the drivers test is not evenasking that you have perfect vision just better than 20/40, so that mens your vision is worse than that.
Put your glasses on from now on when your driving.

I think that is he dumbest thing I've ever heard. I've needed glasses since I was 8. I now use contacts so no restriction on my license. Where were your contacts? (It looked to me like you had them on)

Tell him you had contacts. PITA cops are a dime a dozen, nobody goes to jail for not having their glasses on.
