we are going to lunch on the 22nd , secret santa , and we are also wrapping it together with a baby shower for our boss

No, sad to say!
A few drunks ruined it and now my company will never have one again.
They tried to have one last year with no alcohol, but too many big babies whined and pouted that there wasn't going to be any so they canceled it.
That's just so sad to me that people seem to think they can't have a good time at a party unless they can drink!!!
What a sad world this is!

thankfully, NO- I work for a family (I'm a nanny) and they are considerate enough to give me a Chanukah bonus, rather than shoving Christmas in my face- although, I happily give gifts to all of them for Christmas.
