mmm...It's a tough one. The shoes would be cute with a black dress, but I'm thinking since the dress is velvet, don't wear shoes with a texture, since the dress also has a texture, the 2 would clash.

No, a velvet dress with a snake print shoe would not look very nice. I would suggest some metallic pumps paired with matching jewlery.

You could but I think I'd go with one of those strapped setups with ankle straps. But that's just me and I have no clue about styles.

it could work, as the dress is black and ANYTHING will go with black. i strongly suggest you dont though, those shoes are not pretty.
