The Media Racing Form has Huckabee sprinting past Guliani and Romney around the second turn...does Ron Paul have the legs to finish in the money?

Will Ron Paul's common sense and integrity win out over the propaganda coming from the Corporate Media's horserace favorites?

"The latest National Intelligence Estimate has been greeted by a mixture of relief and alarm. As I have been saying all along, Iran indeed poses no quantifiable imminent nuclear threat to us or her neighbors. It is with much alarm, however, that we see the administration continue to ratchet up the war rhetoric as if nothing has changed.

Indeed nothing has changed from the administration's perspective, as they have had this latest intelligence report for some time. Only this week has it been made known to the public. They want it both ways with Iran. On the one hand, they discredit the report entirely, despite it being one of the most comprehensive intelligence reports on the subject..."

"... with over 1,000 source notes in the document. On the other hand, when discrediting it fails, they claim that the timing of the abandonment of the weapons program, just as we were invading Iraq, means our pressure must have worked, so we must keep it up with a new round of even tougher sanctions. Russia and China are not buying this, apparently, and again we are finding ourselves on a lonely tenuous platform on the world stage."

It is worth noting that "the polls" had Gephardt and Dean 1-2 before the Iowa caucus at this time 4 years ago. LOL

Well the mainstream controlled media is doing everything they can do demonize and discrace Ron Paul supporters. But regardless of what the establishment says, his popularity and message is taking the country by storm. Using the most basic of political support; GRASSROOTS. I know he'll do well in both states, and I bet he'll do awesome when crunch time hits. Just wait for the media to be reporting on Dec. 17 (Day after his TeaParty money bomb goes down, with predictions of $6million+)

Certainly it would be interesting if Ron Paul did well in those states. I don't necessarily agree with everything he says, but it's refreshing to hear an independent voice instead of the tired cliches. If he could get second or third place in either state, the media would take him more seriously, and that would be a good thing. Unfortunately, I see nothing in the news to indicate that he has much of a chance.

I would not be suprised If Ron Paul blasts the other candidates out of the saddle in both places. After this Sunday, with all of the money that he will haul in, the mainline media will be forced to conceed that he is a front runner.
