warrants are 6 years old one is for battery he got into a fight with his dad and his dad passed away and the other is for child abuse but the thing is he wasnt home my babysitter was hittin my kid cause i was workin and my neighbor told me that she was hittin him i confronted her called my husband who was at work at the time and he told me let her go call the police she was a minor at the time well i spoke to a detective and after explaining and him investigatin he told me he closed the case and he checked if he had warrants and nothing appeared on background check now this private city arrested him in los angeles whe they have no jurisdiction and opened up the warrant again now i wanna know whats gonna happen in court you think????

the babysitter blamed my husband for the child abuse he wasnt arrested cause he was working but i dont know what she said to the authorities

he wasnt arrested they didnt come looking for him or pursued this case

i was gonna call the cops when i saw my son with a cut on his forehead she ran out my house called the cops and made stuff up when she found out i was gonna report her so she blamed it on my husband he wasnt home he was at work and i stop talkin to her 6 years ago the ambulance picked me up to care for my sons injury she gave the cops his name and address but i have no proof it was her

that hurt my son all i know is she called the cops and made stuff up now whats gonna happen with him lapd said that they dont see the warrants on their system but since the private city made them actiive again all lapd wouldve done is cited him to appear in court from what the jailer told him
