Are you aware they can be donated to several organizations? One of them is the American Philatelic Society. They give them to kids for free to get them interested in stamp collecting.
School children, Big brothers/Big sisters, YMCA and other after school groups also accept them too. Collecting and examining postage stamps from any country teaches children history and many other things.

There is a way to defraud the Post Office quite easily. I won't tell you exactly how to do it, but it involves covering the stamp with a clear nonadhesive cover so that the stamp is not franked+ cancelled. So you can use un-franked postage stamps, but not legally!

I've been sewing mine together since postage was 5 cents. i plan on ending the project at 8:04 pm august 12, 2014. all hells going to break loose then, mark my words. now if there's nothing else I can do for you...leave and don't let the door hit you on the way out.which reminds me,why have they moved the frozen novelties and the fancy baby corn in my local market.why do those faces stare at me in the window at night. always keep your back to the wall and look behind doors. i always put my left shoe on first and apple pie is my friend. geometric koolaid876
