Do you remember anything else about it? There have been quite a few movies about snipers. There's a movie called Sniper. or Shooter with Mark Wahlberg.

theres a movie called sniper that came out in 1993 theres a current movie where a sniper who retired from military is framed for sniping the president but i cant remember the name
