It is torture. Duress, extortion and impeding a person from in-taking life necessities is torture such as denying or impeding access to food water and air, threat and /or application to inflict physical discomfort for the purpose of possessing an others property in the form information, product, will and land property. Contracts formed under such inter-personally imposed conditions are null and void.

so called "waterboarding", while an effective interrogation tactic is definitely not "torture".
A recent approach to interrogations has been to use techniques such as waterboarding, sexual humiliation and sexual abuse, and dogs to intimidate or pressure prisoners in a manner held to be legal under national or international law.

The Geneva Accords does not enter into this because they only apply to members of a COUNTRY which has signed the accords and who are members of that country's military.

who cares if it is torture or not. It is effective. These radicals want to kill us. they want to kill you and me. they would cut our children's throats in front of us and post it on line for fun. they are evil evil people. It worked and prevented a dozen terrorist attacks. Don't be an idiot.

It is amazing that they think anything that we do is absolutely OK but if any other country does the same thing it is ab-horrid
