My Yardmachines snowblower tires have flattened and are not sealing correctly when I try to fill them. They are tubeless and I just can't seem to get the tires to seal enough to hold air. Is there a special trick like expanding them so they catch the lip enough to hold air? Website says take them to a pro but if I can do it I would prefer to of course.

Okay, you're gonna think I'm nuts, but this has worked ever since tires went tubeless.
Spread a little petroleum jelly on the bead area both sides of the tire. Take a heavy cord or light rope and wrap it around the tire in the middle of the tread area. Pull the rope to collapse the center of the tire, and flair the beads out.
Inflate the tire and when the beads take, the tire will start to fill and then release the rope. Fill the tire to the proper psi.

The jelly and rope is a good method. Sometimes it helps if you have an extra pair of hands. It also helps if the tire is warm when you do this. Bring it into the house overnight if you need to. I have used ratcheting tie downs for this and they work good. Usually you can do it by yourself.

Unscrew the valve. Having the valve in slows down the incoming air. Now push down till one side is set and put air into the alve and pull up till it pops.
