First take lessons, or, if u are still in school, ask a choral teacher for help. Then, do reasearch on your local plays and choirs. After u have enough convidence, try out for maybe some kid show or something and if u are good enough, u will be a star. Email me if u do make it. Remember, everyone fails at one point or anouther. The Beatles were kicked out of the Decca recording company because the producers did not like their sound. Lucielle Ball was kicked out of an acting school because they thought she can't act. Even Michael Jordan failed to get into his high school basketball team. Will Smith would not be where his is today if he never had a failed relationship at a young age which motivates him the rest of his life. Basically, even though u don't succed once, try again, anyone can be famous, but it is only the most willing that make it.

definitely post videos of you on youtube. Tay Zonday and Esmee Denters were both discovered through youtube and were regular people less then a year ago and now famous like you want to be.

lots and lots of shows (usually in a small place in a big city) and then travel across the state, then send in your work to record companies. If they like your demos they will take care of the advertising.

Get into modeling for a store or something
Then make commercials
