when considering investing in a company how do you determine a strong ceo?

i would like to try and invest in some stocks, how do i find out about a companys ceo, the company outlook and so on?

Single stock issues are very risky. Investing in only one company has been the downfall of many. You are much better off owning an S&P No load mutual fund.
