Yes. Some people take advantage of opportunities no matter who gets hurt in the process. I know people like that. Sometimes its a good opportunity for them but is not so good for someone else. Should they take advantage of the situation. Depends what it costs them in the long run. What is valuable to me, may have no value to another.

I know a lot of people who fit that description until they get involved in a relationship or a job and then they tend to change over time. You can't be gutsy forever.
