Yes it is a crimes to use a picture that belongs to a real person. Suggest that you remove. If the person who's picture you are using, ever finds out or see it on the WWW, you are going to be in a hell of alot of trouble.

yes I think it is.too many people are using other people's pics and making people think they are someone they are not..and alot of peole do get hurt by this...
