Do you mean "Why do shelled hard boiled eggs sucked into a bottle by burning a match in the bottle suck into the bottle faster than a small water balloon in the same conditions?"?
Assuming this does happen.
If so, I would say that the fact that the egg is more solid than the water balloon so that the forces applied are transmitted through the egg more efficiently. In other words, the balloon gets sucked in, but distorts, since the air pressure on the outside of the balloon is transmitted through the water, tending to stretch the bottom elastic balloon rather than applying tension through out. If the bottom of the egg starts to move, it can pull on the rest of the egg while pulling on water is much less productive.
