These two have more of a generational influence.

Look to the 5th house for love relationships and the planets there. Where is the ruler of the sign on the 5th house cusp in relation to the house itself? This will tell if there is tension or an easy flow of energy.

For long term relationships (business partner, marriage) look to the 7th house.

If Uranus sits in the 5th house (sudden changes, ups and downs) and Saturn rules the cusp of that house (say Capricorn is there) and saturn is square to the cusp of the 5th by being in the 2nd or 8th, then yes, there would be issues there.
