Every right, every freedom is limited by how it intrudes upon another right/freedom. So they must reach an equilibrium. Such as the freedom of speech is limited so that a person cannot be slandered through it, or that people can not be placed into harm's way through it either (which yelling "fire" in a crowded place where there isn't one would do).
Every right's/ freedom's boundary is a the point where it would become greater than another right if extended further.

Thats like asking what are the boundaries of the American dream?
Wars are fought over boundaries, economics, religious beliefs.
Read our Constitution of The United States, America set the bar, for the rest of the world.
Doesn't the word "Freedom" say it all?

The Bill of Rights are the first ten amendments to the constitution and spell out your rights. If you're looking for something specific where you do have limitations(boundaries) I would say....."Freedom to swing your right arm ends where my nose begins." Does that help?
