We planted siberian elm 2 years ago........we have watered them per the recommended standards, they are in full sun, and they are not growing. Any suggestions? We were hoping they would be a good hedge by now.

Siberia is a cold climate & I suggest that you place the plant in the snow & see how it does.

Your assisting a third international united states with their orphan wood is admirable. long term, will it dilute the community elm inhabitants? if so, do you think of the Siberians will help us with that situation?

am not familiar with siberian elm though, only with the chinese elm. you mentioned only of watering them. no fertilizers at all? also, check the condition of your soil

if they were not packed down firm they may have to be replanted and fertilized
