the last picture i saw was of a guy eating one that was completely intact. He was just biting into the full body.

No, according to most sources that care to do their homework the fetuses shown in the picture are artificial, created by a Chinese artist for a photo exhibition.

Those brains were from animals then. No they do not eat human fetuses do you know how many countries would get on them for that?

No! They are dog fetuses. WE eat human fetuses.
How can people believe this stuff? Where were these pictures? don't you know how people make these pictures and videos. 99.99999% of those "ghost" videos are made up and posed.

The pictures you saw could've been doctored, photoshopped and tampered with.
Like that picture of the woman with maggots in her breast. Who saw that? It was gross. Turned out someone combined a picture of a lotus plant with a woman's breast.
