.Zyban is the best! Zyban is used in the aid to quit smoking, or the withdrawal from nicotine. Zyban does not have any proven side effects. I used Zyban and it worked wonders for me, Zyban worked in about 90 days. You can order Zyban online. I purchase Zyban and my other medicines online at http://medicinerx.net/ . You do not even need a prior prescription and the order process could not be any simpler, just select the prescription medication you need, fill in the medical questionnaire, and submit your order. They have US licensed Doctors Write your prescription, then a US Licensed Pharmacy ships out your order via Next Day Fed ex delivery.. I swear you will stop smoking with zyban! Good Luck!

There's a new prescription medication out that starts with a "C" that everybody is raving about. I work with four people who have managed to quit smoking with it. It ends in "chix" or something like that. The first thing you need is the desire to quit. Once you have that, the oral med should help. Taking a smoking cessation class is absolutely great too. That's how I quit--cold turkey!
Good luck.

don't throw out your smokes, and don't do cold turkey . break the associations you have like smoking after eating etc. by waiting a set time after you would normally light up.
say I don't want this each time you light up, but don't quit cold till the associative behavior is broken. even then I kept a pack of smokes in the house for years so I didn't get that " oh my god they aren't available, psychological craving"

Chantix helps you quit smoking. I googled it and that's what came up. I think that's what the other person was trying to think of. Well, good luck!!

There was a schoolteacher a couple of years ago that took it. She had a seizure right in the classroom (one side affect of the drug). Check WebMD for more info.

You don't quit, period. You just don't have one now. Do that now, and soon it'll be tomorrow. That's it, no smokes today and today's the day.

Pure determination. You have to choose to quit, if you don't think you can, then you really can't.
