Hello Daniel:
Any activities you have will look good on a college application. The Eagle Scout award shows that you have leadership potential and can accomplish goals. Colleges look for two things when considering students: can they pay, and will they graduate. The Eagle shows that you have determination to complete a task.
Also, it will look more impressive that you did something constructive with your time. If you are interested in college, make sure you have a second language and a rounded education. Try to take some challenging courses, and take advanced mathematics classes.
Keep on Scoutin'

it looks great to have Eagle on your college or job application. Many colleges and employers have stated that if they have two equally qulified candidates, with only one being an Eagle-they'll take the Eagle. The Eagle has already shown that they are hard worker, have leadership skills and will be an asset to the college or the job.
Good luck one your Eagle.
