Well the source given above gives the 3 parts I know about, the nucleus, coma and tail. I don't know what the 4th part is.

Need to correct you but there are more than 4 parts. Here goes: Sodium dichloro-s-triazinetrione dihydrate,calclum carbonate,sodium carbonate, anionic surfactants, quality control agents, perfume, and color.
