Only one - New Horizons - which is on its way now. It recently passed Jupiter and will arrive at Pluto in 2015. No previous mission has gone anywhere near Pluto.
(officially Pluto is now a 'dwarf planet' as other objects have been found that are around the same size or a little larger, out there in the far reaches of the solar system, and many more are likely to be found in coming years - In fact there could be something as big as Mars or even the Earth out there).

New Horizons is the first spacecraft that was sent to explore Pluto. After becoming the fastest spacecraft yet launched by humans atop a specially built Atlas V and Centaur rocket, it passed Jupiter last February to boost it's speed using the planet's gravity. It will reach Pluto in 2015, afterwards it will then be sent to at least one additional Kuiper Belt object.

New Horizons is a robotic spacecraft mission currently underway by NASA. It is expected to be the first spacecraft to fly by and study the dwarf planet Pluto and its moons, Charon, Nix, and Hydra.
NASA may also approve flybys of one or more other Kuiper Belt Objects.
New Horizons was successfully launched on January 19, 2006. After a flyby of Jupiter on 28 February 2007 at 5:43:40 UTC, it is expected to arrive at Pluto in July 2015 before becoming the fifth spacecraft to leave the Solar System.

Check out the above and don't forget that Pluto lost its status as a "planet" a couple of years ago. Scientists said pluto is a dwarf, but vote was not fair because hardly any astromers voted. Check it out:
