If you've got the 360 version of c hoops 2k8. There's a feature called 2k share that allows you to download files from other users. You can find the latest rosters with the REAL players names.
2K share is only available on the xbox 360 and ps 3 versions c hoops 2k8. If you're familiar with EA sports locker then 2k share is similar to that feature.
