I am a recovering nightowl. Start going to bed one hour earlier for a few days, then one more hour earlier, and so on until you choose a time it's normal for you to go to bed. The first day you'll not be able to sleep, but little by little your body will get used, and you will sleep normally. Stick with it if you want to be "cured".
Go to sleep at the same time every night: this is very important, and get up at the same time every day.
I read that night owls's hypothalamus gland cannot properly because that gland needs darkness in order to work. The inmune defense system can become vulnerable. I was scared, and decided to change, lol.
I'm doing Ok, although sometime I have relapses, but I'm not going to bed at 2 am or 3 a.m. anymore. I go to bed around 11:30 pm. I used to go to bed at 3 am. 4a.m.
Good luck !

Because you're so young and don't want to miss any of the action. Change? That would depend on your goals and how you want to achieve them. In the mean time, have some fun.
