If you think getting yelled at less seems like a good relationship, sure.

In all seriousness without fidelity can it even be called a relationship? Yes, I know of polyamorous relationships ,but fidelity still comes into play. To be just running around with who you please is not a relationship, its what the common vernacular refers to as a "booty call". So, yes, it is essential.

Your fidelity should be as high as it is on your home sound system. Your Significant Other will want you to get a really good one when they find this out.
