ok a 650 would probably get me in and you want me to increase it and most people that go there have a 3.6 i believe so my gpa is phenomenal

You are straight down the median in terms of GMAT; your GPA is wonderful but your undergraduate school is definitely weak. If your work experience is good and get good recommendations; you will have fair chances.

Your GMAT score places you within the top 8% of all test takers; if you think about it; it woudln't hurt to improve your score for the best (or second best) business school in the nation.

Well, the quality of your work experience would count a great deal. Wharton likes to see a good progression of work experience that shows leadership ability and teamwork competence. You do have a chance -- you might want to increase the GMAT if you can to increase your chances. And get really good letters of reference.
