They've always had knees Wally. It's just with those little tiny
hairs, you can't see their knee caps LOL.
And as far as what it means, when they say you're the
bees' knees', that means, you're 'the cats' meow'. Now do
you get it? LOL

To those who think bees carry their pollen in their knees it is not so. They have sacs found on what you might call a thigh that they fill with the pollen.
I always thought the expression bees knees meant something really cute.

The "bees knees" means something really top drawer! A very good thing. I remember getting all A's one term in high School and my Grandmother told me that I was "the bees knees" - hope this helps! Say goodnight Wally! CJ

o.k., there's a protracted record; yet once you're searching for for chav slang (chavs are like wannabes, they positioned on knock-offs and carry close out attempting to be cool) then there are some necessary words on your slang vocabulary: Blad = Blood, or brother, like homie Innit = Bascially 'isn't it' so a term of settlement Yeh? = you should end sentence with 'Yeh?' to particular settlement additionally Oh ma days = Oh my goodness Nah mate = No way buddy Aw guy enable it = enable us to not do this something can get somewhat complicated; in all probability an excellent theory to envision out the city Dictionary - in simple terms type it right into a seek engine.

Example....." it was the bees knees" when I received a
refund today from the IRS for 2003. They had made an error.
Shoot, it was even " the cat's meow" Wally.

It's neato man. I think bees may have had knees in the 1920s. They sure did talk about them a lot.

My grandma used to say that but I never tried to figure out what it meant. I always thought it must be something very good.
