how many violation notices do I get before I'm suspended.
this orange think is not serving my best interest, drawing to much attention!!

Hey there Arabian Dune,
That to me is the million dollar question, you see, i have been getting violation notices too, (remember i answered yr q before saying it was a viral infection....lol), i have already received quite a few on qs asked months before, which meant someone in my contacts was checking out my profile, and when i removed some of the ones i didn't know, i started having violations for answers.
Anyway, no body has a definite answer to how this works or even why some people are dump enough to report our answers and qs. So my advice in Chinese wud be to (lai lo) .....lol..
You know what, i think i may even get one for this answer,...... i hope not......

There seems no rhyme or reason to these things.
Just attempt to get an answer from the Yahoo team and you will be waiting for at least 3 months for an answer to your email.
Its best just to accept it is just a just a computer generator programme and the Hamster or Yamster as he is called is not real.
That was the news that nearly broke my heart!.

The orange badge, many times create hatred, believe me..I had one as top contributor in Greece, but i got it from the italian yahoo, since i am registered there, and i am also top answerer in Italy.
Since a long time ago, int he greek section in the american one, 2 , 3 people and i dont want to use characterisations about them,got crazy, because me, and my brother had this badge..But we had it from the italian, an d our participation in answer was bigger than theirs..
They started reporting us, thumbing us down, and doing weird questions about us, and about all the other greek users who had hign ponts and certainly were on the top answerers..l
We left the greek section from the american, to leave the fiels opened...
But my aprticipation in the italian or in other languages, was not enough now, since there are not so many questions anymore concerning tourism(it is also winter).
So, i ve lost the badge, as the others, and the badge went to the one who had created the problem..
I want to say, that i badge gives you hjsut the responsibility to keep it, and to run after every answer in order to preserve it..
No, thanks, i prefere my calm and less famous..
Concerning v=iolations..ou dont neeed to do something particular...It is enough to have some hatersw, and trolls to run after you...
For a short time try to disappear from the sections where they appear, till the things calm down, and they lose you...

they count it per week , and also per quality of violation .
the orange badge is not worth it at all , sometimes you don't get best answers just cz u have it , and many times you get reported for it too .
and by the way this question is going to be deleted .

My Man Got suspended for telling a dude to bang a blow up doll instead of humping a tree. and it was his first violation

u can get suspended?! i had a few violation notices before, but never got suspended (and hopefully never will)

well take care about your question and think about it before u say it ( this is your advice before) also to avoid anything about policy of the YA or poltical thinking .........
but I really do not know what orange think u talking about

my advice is that you relax, ask and answer what you believe in without being too harsh or aggressive.
this is what i do.
it is a place where people exchange views and knowledge.
it isnt a race .

yes you got to keep a low profile..disguise and take off this ice cap, change your nickname more often, change it to Arabian Dude or Not Arabian Dune, may be you can go unnoticed..
