HUH?
Feelings about what?
I assume you mean "emotions." I also assume that you're trying to do some "research" for school or something?
Well, I'm a woman, and I can give you some judgments about what you're doing here.
A) No "survey" on Yahoo answers is an accurate representation of the population at large
B) The way you're trying to quantify this isn't scientifically sound.
You need to take a sample of women (many samples, actually) from different age groups, if that's what you're interested in, and do something that affects their emotional state. For instance, show them a heartbreaking video of children starving. Or, a comedy movie. Or, something sentimental. Then, immediately afterward, give them a logic problem to work. Then, you have your control group whom you have not induced into a forced emotional state. (Problem with this is, everyone's always having SOME emotion.) You could compare men and women watching the same videos and give them logic reasoning tests before and after and compare the results for statistically significant changes.
But, if you're looking for a bunch of people to tell you, "Yeah, dude-- women can't be rational when they're PMS-ing!" I guess you've come to the right place.

I get what you are saying but their are many different factors that determine how much woman's emotions effect their judgement such as hormone levels ,seratonin levels ,rough childhood, tragedy ect.Woman reach certain stages in their lives at different times and some handle things more logicly than others.

C)
A)
Once you have children you are totally an emotional thinker if you are a woman.
Men are logical thinkers.
Neither is good or bad, just different.
Example: (I was not alive when this happened but) When JFK was shot and killed the women thought POOR JACKIE, POOR CAROLINE AND POOR JOHN JOHN. Men thought WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE COUNTRY? WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE GOVERNMENT?
Just a contrast in how we think.
