If you're talking about those ratings from Morningstar, I'm not sure how these are rated, but they're all pretty good.

It depends on your risk tolerance.

Do you want something that's steady and pays a good dividend? Try PG, CVS, or KO.

Want a little more growth? Look at AAPL, FCX, or GOOG.

Do you like insane growth with considerable risk? Check out FSLR, VIP, UBB, or FTEK.

MRK- Merck and Co is fantastic, SO much potential. Also CPRT, Copart, an up and coming car company that recently just expanded from US to the UK and is growing like a wild fire. In my opinion those two are the best. Very consistant. Look at the charts.

If you want something, with high potential in return, some people might debate this but Vonage, VG. It bottomed out at .89 per share in sept but is now back up to 2.10, its going to make some big jumps within 8 months.
