Ofcourse it is a scam. If you have already opened, I would suggest that you run your antiviurs/antispyware software to make sure you are not infected.

That's not a scam website, it is for a refund of what credit cards charged you when you purchased something abroad USA. I have got it too, and I filed my petition for a $ 25 refund.
