Tea at about 5, and coffee at 9.
I pretty much stopped drinking coffee at 12. Occasionally I'll have some at Starbucks, though.
I have tea whenever I need to relax.

I'd give my kid tea at any age after 1. Not a lot, not every day. I drink sweet tea, and I don't really see a problem with it except the sugar and caffeine. So I'd limit it for my kids until they were like 8 maybe. Coffee... I started drinking when I was 11, almost every morning. I will probably let my kids drink some when they are 13 or so. It doesn't stunt growth by the way, but they don't need all that caffeine.

When I was around twelve I started drinking coffee when I didn't feel like getting up early and going to school and I have been drinking tea since I can remember.

I drank tea since I was like 9 years old. It was bc I drank chamomille tea for inflammation. Coffee when I was like 19 bc everyone at my job drank coffee and I grabbed a cup one day that I was stressed out. I dont really drink it anymore. Just when i want to.

I started to drink Tea's at the age of 9, but that was because my mom she is all into the natural shiet! like when I get cramps she tells me what type of tea to drink and BaM! Im actually alot better than from the help of taking pills!

I started drinking coffee just this year... 15 years old.
I don't drink that much tea, and I don't remember when I first drank it.
