pate de foie gras, soup etc... with a touch of Pinot Blanc Appellation Alsace Controlée

I love sushi!! My favorite is the California Roll. And i'm from California. Btu that's not why.
And when i was interviewed for my yearbook at school they asked me what was my favorite food and i said "Sushi"

Is pickled fish considered sushi? If so yes.
Other wise never tried it, something about the red tides and being sick scares me, I am a wimp.
